Pay the Build Fee
HealthWise pays the $3,997 Build Fee via secure link. This covers the entire 45-day build — nothing else is due during it.

Kynex confirms the start by email and begins the build. No monthly fee is charged yet.
Build & Launch
Up to 30 days to build. The Website goes live at your domain — this is the Start Date.
First Monthly Fee Due
Now the $1,497/month Ongoing Services begin — hosting, optimization, content, and support.
If launch is late: the Start Date moves to the day it goes live and the first monthly fee isn't due until then. If it's not live within 90 days, Kynex has 10 business days to launch — or HealthWise is refunded in full. (Section 8.2)

Total HealthWise Investment — First 6 Months
Monthly fee: $499 per State, per month ($1,497 for 3 States), billed in advance. Prices good through November 28, 2026. If the table conflicts with a numbered section, the numbered section controls.
Why six months — and what comes after
SEO, LLMO, AEO, and GBP work builds over time. A custom-coded site usually takes 6–12 months to produce meaningful organic leads. The commitment gives the work a fair chance.
6-Month Minimum
$1,497 × 6 = $8,982 for the 3 starting States. Committed from the day both sides sign.
No Early Cancel
You can't cancel a State before its Commitment Period ends — unless Kynex materially breaches and doesn't fix it in 30 days.
Month-to-Month After
After 6 months, services continue at the same price. Cancel any State with 30 days' notice. Price changes need 90 days' notice.
Start with three — expand anytime
The build launches in NC, SC, and GA. Adding more States later is a simple email request with no signed amendment needed.
Add Any State
Email Kynex a request. A State is added when Kynex confirms it in writing and receives the $499 State Build Fee.
What's Included
Optimization, a State Page, and City Pages for the top 10 cities — then $499/month for upkeep and optimization.
Same Commitment
Each added State has its own 6-month Commitment Period, starting when its pages go live (or day 45 if delayed by HealthWise).
The fine print, in plain language
The protections and terms that matter most — written so both sides know exactly where they stand.
Refunds
Kynex earns payment as it delivers. If the site isn't live within 90 days, Kynex has 10 business days to launch — or HealthWise is refunded in full. No refund where HealthWise caused the delay.
Liability & Ownership
Each side owns the IP it creates; HealthWise gets a perpetual license to Kynex's work. Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. No indirect damages.
Governing Law
Governed by U.S. and North Carolina law. Disputes resolved in the federal or state courts in Mecklenburg County, NC. Changes must be in writing (except adding a State).
